Practice Description
Experiencing challenges with couples work or chronic trauma? Or maybe feeling stuck with a client in their therapy journey? I can help. I provide services to licensed therapists to guide them through difficult cases, explore unconscious internal reaction, and review self-care practices. I also meet with pre-licensed therapists working in mental health settings (i.e., hospitals, non-profits, private practices). Unfortunately, my practice is not structured to hire employees. I provide an environment without judgment and praise the unique qualities supervisees bring. My approach is collaborative, I believe you have your own expertise and knowledge that is valid to our discussions. I enjoy helping emerging therapists understand their philosophy to therapy, explore their modality of choice, and learn strategies so they don't feel stuck in cases. My role as an AAMFT supervisor is to enhance your proficiency with systems theory. As a certified sex therapist I've embraced an integrated approach to relational therapy and sexual narratives. I operate remotely using HIPPA version of Zoom (Business Associate Agreement).
