Speaker: Dr. Sheila Addison
CE Credits: 1.25
This course is provided by the Queer and Trans Advocacy Network; find out more and how to join at www.aamft.org/tin.
Therapists who identify as LGBTQ, religious or ethnic minorities, or members of any subcultures, including those working in small communities like the military or schools, may experience conflict between serving community members and participating in community themselves. This workshop will present a new conversation about considerations for ethically managing multiple relationships while providing culturally competent therapy in small communities and subcultures.
